3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in your local currency and include taxes where applicable.
Payments are securely processed through Tap Payments, ensuring your financial information is encrypted and protected.
Your order will not be fulfilled until payment has been successfully received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping.
Delivery typically takes up to 14 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance times.
Please note that unexpected courier or customs delays may occasionally extend this period.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@roomflix.shop.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once the return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued using the same payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Warranty

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to accidental damage, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Roomflix shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or delivery delays.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the item.
